How to use

Take a small amount of body wash, typically a quarter-sized amount, onto your palm or directly onto a loofah or washcloth. If using your palm, rub your hands together to create a lather.
Cleanse your body: Start by applying the body wash to your torso and work your way down to your legs and feet. Use gentle, circular motions to massage the body wash into your skin. Pay attention to areas that tend to accumulate dirt, such as underarms, groin, and feet. Use a gentle touch, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Rinse off: Once you've thoroughly cleansed your entire body, rinse off the body wash completely. Make sure no residue remains on your skin.
Pat dry: After rinsing, step out of the shower and gently pat your body dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as it can irritate the skin.
Moisturize (optional): If desired, follow up with a moisturizer to help lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated.
