ORDER PICK UP
If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, you're in luck! Place your order online and you will qualify for convenient same or next-day pickup at our warehouse located in Markham, Ontario, at 145 Idema Rd Markham (near Steeles Ave E and Woodbine Ave) during Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Pick Up Hours are: Monday to Friday 9:30am- 5:30pm.

A warehouse associate will give you a call when your order is ready for pickup. Place your order before 3 p.m. ET and it will be ready by 3 p.m. that same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will be ready by 3 p.m. the following business day. If you have purchased an item that is on backorder, the associate will contact you when it is available for pick up.
Contactless Curbside Pickup
Our free, contactless Curbside Pickup service is a great way to get your items safely and quickly.
Step 1:
When you arrive at the warehouse, you will see signs directing you to the side of the Curbside Pickup area. Park in an empty space and call the number posted. Please stay in your vehicle.
Step 2:
Our associate on the phone will ask for your name, order number, so please have your confirmation email accessible.
Please keep windows closed, have your ID and confirmation email available in case further verification is needed through the driver side of the window.
Step3:
Our staff will place your order directly into the trunk of your vehicle while maintaining physical distancing.
